Polish style Pilsner
Delicately hopped and dry-hopped entirely with Lubelski, the oldest and most traditional noble hop of Poland. Aromas of marigold and poppy fields fade into floral flavors of magnolia and lavender.
March! march, Dabrowski

Appearance - The beer was yellow in appearance with visible carbonation and a half inch head.
Smell - The nose was grainy with citrus notes.
Taste - The profile had notes of lemon which was balanced by dry biscuit malts. There was a candy-like sweetness with little bitterness. It struck me as a summer beer.
Mouthfeel - The body was aggressively carbonated, which made it seem to go down quick.
Overall - Easy drinking lager.

Human Robot Brewing "Niebo"
$7/glass (pint?) on tap at the brewery on 12 October 2023
Notes: This is a Polish style lager at 5.6% ABV.
Look: A slightly hazy golden body is capped by an inch or so of rocky white foam. Tiny bubbles can be seen rising within. Better than average head retention and lacing.
Smell: Floral and sweetish. Very clean. Lightly grainy.
Taste: The floral hops remain but the grain comes through much more clearly. It's bready, somewhat spicy, a touch grassy, and subtly fruity. A firm bitterness balances it nicely and it finishes dry with a little bit of floral character and spiciness lingering.
Feel: Medium bodied and crisp with a fine-bubbled, seemingly natural carbonation.
Overall: Quite a tasty and refreshing lager that's also fairly unusual.

Canned on 10/15/21; consumed on 11/11/21
Pours a clear, dark golden body capped with three fingers of dense, fluffy, white foam; great head retention leaves a half-finger of creamy cap, a large, frothy collar, and chunky, uniform layers of webby lacing tracing the walls of the glass.
Aroma shows a floral underscore to pumpernickel over distant peppermint accents; potpourri and jasmine fade to vibrant, fresh lemongrass over the middle as a herbal bittering lingers beneath lemon rind, rice cracker, and brown bread crusts to further layer the back end of the bouquet.
Taste opens to a water cracker undertone, deepened steadily with rye bread crusts and slight, grassy hops over the mid-palate; the back end embraces a diversity highlighting of toasted malt with straw-like earthiness, a tinge of fragrant lemongrass, and a drying minerality redolent of dehydrated lavender fading through the finish.
Mouthfeel offers a light body bolstered with moderate-high carbonation imparting an airy grit toward a vague, hoppy twang energizing the mid-palate; a flaky crispness smoothes over a taut back end, finishing nearly bone-dry and ultra-quenching.
A refined hop freshness courses through the delicate malt underbelly, bringing a unique influx of herbal attenuation entirely in sync with the passive waves of breadiness and imbued minerality; a regional European pilsner succeeding with distinction.

Pours a hazed golden-bronze color with a finger of creamy-looking, near-white head. Vibrant looking. Good retention and thick lacing.
Floral aroma with orange blossom and a hint of peppery mint over a more classic “crispness.”
The taste is quite similar: floral orange blossom with a touch of bready sweetness layered over some more classic crispness, hint of sulfur and firm bitterness.
Full bodied for the style with a nice zip to the carbonation.
Really delicious. The mix of sweetness, hops, bitterness and drinkability is very impressive.
