American Noble Pils - All US ingredients were used in this pils. Adeena stands out with mild bitterness and an aroma that trends more toward floral than spice, without the brashness of some modern varieties. A double decoction mash with US grown Morovian lineage malt lends a medium body and clean base.

on draft at the Jenkintown location, in half liter glass
clear medium yellow color, thick white head. good head retention. Floral, a little grassy. Drier finish. Fairly clean but not as crisp as their other pilsners which works for the "American" lean to this one.

Clear gold with two fat fingers of yellowed head. Solid retention and lacing.
Grainy aroma with bright, grassy / herbaceous Noble hops.
Delicious tasting bready, grainy character with great grassy / herbal bitterness and a fairly crisp finish.
Medium bodied for the style with a late-showing zippiness upon swallowing.
An absolute pleasure to put back. The malt is present, but relatively clean, spotlighting the hops well — especially when fresh.
