Human Robot Brewing "Limon Coast"
16 fl. oz. can without production codes or freshness dating
Notes via stream of consciousness: So what is this? It's a lager brewed with lemon peel and spalt hops. OK, that sounds good. It's a clear golden beneath a short head of bright white foam. There's lemon and grassiness in the nose over a basic golden maltiness that I'll assume is mainly Pilsner malt. There's also a little agressive spiciness to it that I'll assume is coming from the hops. The flavor follows for the most part with the grassy and bready malt enhanced by notes of lemon, grassiness, and spice. A firm bitteness balances it and it finishes dry, grassy, and lemony. In the mouth it's medium bodied and crisp. All in all this is a well brewed and balanced lager with a lightly tart and fruity twist.
