5% West Coast Pils
West Coast crisper brewed with our fellow fiends from Boston, Widowmaker! Canadian pils and 25% corn, a single decoction/cereal mash keeps it light. We used Citra and New Zealand cascade in the whirlpool, then dry hopped with more citra, NZ cascade and Chinook. We finished this one off with some Liquid Lupulin made from our Oregon Citra. Huge citrus with a little old school flare from the Chinook, carried through on a light, clean pils. Brewed to commemorate our 666th batch at our Kensington location!

Pours a cloudy light yellow color, with thick layer of bone-white colored head. good head retention and lacing. aroma leans lemon and orange, with some dank herbaceous notes as well. taste has more white grape than the aroma. medium bitterness in the finish. softer mouthfeel than a typical Pils.

Hazy yellow with a large dense near white head. Strong retention and lacing. Big Citra nose: orange juice, nectarines, peach and a little white wine. The taste follows closely. Tastes like a NEIPA, with a hint of clean, biscuity malt and a grassy bitter finish. Soft, medium bodied feel with lively carbonation. Tasty.
