SNOWQUALMIE - 5.1% - Single decoction west coast pils. Brewed with loxless barley and a pinch (25%) of flaked corn. Hopped in the kettle with high oil cascade and zumo. Dry hopped with Zumo, Cascade and Tangir. Orange tic tac and lime zest with a bright, dry finish. Brewed in collaboration with Segal Ranch, Hollingbery Hops and New Trail brewing co.

Cloudy yellow in color, thick layer of white head. Modern hop aroma - citrusy. Taste is similar, but finishes with an odd chalky taste that distracts from the overall flavor. Thin to medium bodied
