Duane says this pilsner rates a 4.5, and that means he must love it because he only gave that rating to Victory’s Prima Pils, an award winning pilsner. Another stellar beer from Adam and Karen!

32 oz crowler purchased from the brewery and opened the same day.
Pale gold color with impressive brilliant clarity. Large, creamy white head that leaves behind patchy lacing on the glass.
Aroma is a big dose of sweet cereal-like pils malt combined with strong herbal hops. Nice, rounded, balanced flavor with a lingering bitterness. Dry and sticky finish. Medium-light bodied with soft to moderate carbonation.
Smooth, slightly creamy, dry and bitter... I'm really digging this one. It feels like it falls somewhere in between a light and bitter German pils and and a well-rounded Czech pils. Whatever you want to call it, it made a nice pairing with some cheese, salami, lemon and vanilla pickled carrots, and mini baguettes picked up right next door from RSC Atelier. Living the good life in rural-ish NJ.

Canned 10/2020
Picked up in a 32oz Crowler from the brewery. Pours a beautiful transparent gold. Smells of mildly sweet malt - not terribly complex (it is a pilsner to be fair) but quite enjoyable. Taste wise, I haven’t had a huge number of craft pilsners but this is probably the best I’ve ever had. It’s fresh and tastes of faint citrus and malt. Overall, a beer I would love to get again. My first from this brewery and sure to not be my last.
