Since I'm not a devotee of the American lager, I'm going to let another BAer suggest specifically how Unbranded can improve Salt & Lime. But I will say it is enjoyable, limey, refreshing and quenching after activities in the tropical sun... even in January, so certainly in summer. Salt & Lime does its job.
As for Unbranded, I like mavericks; being one myself. Unbranded has gone far in two years; opening a cool taproom with a limited, albeit interesting, bar food menu. Unbranded is bringing new life to Hialeah, Florida's 6th largest city in population; but still seems to have not much of note going on. Sticking close to the tropical palate of IPAs and a few lagers, Unbranded's story is still being told.
