Pours a very dense, but not fully opaque yellow orange colour. Not that much head.
Smell is new Zealand diesel, white wine, tropical.
Taste is the same. Not all that different from most UK brewery expression of these hops.
Feel is amazingly rich and smooth.

Pours a turbid, hazy pineapple with a dense cream colored head that provides modest lacing. Lovely looking hazy. Dank citrus notes on the nose, including mango, pineapple, and ripe grapefruit, plus and nice green grape note.
The taste is a really delicious combination of the notes mentioned on the nose, and there’s also a nice creamy oat flavor. Absolutely delicious stuff.
A full, soft mouthfeel fits the style and makes for an eminently drinkable beer. Fidens is the really real deal, IMHO, approaching the “big boy” hazy breweries like Tree House and Trillium.
Yep, I typed that.

From a 16oz can dated 09/07 and meaning 2022. Excellent opaque yellow DIPA. Tropical notes on the nose and palate with lovely dankness. Label mentions Rakau, Nelson and Simcoe hops. Very tasty.
