The tap pour is pale yellow with a frothy 2 cm foam cap with an aroma of malt, hay and Brett.
The flavor is full and nuanced. Cracker-like malt, a touch of lemon zest, pepper and Brett influences are noted.
The body is light and the flavors persist in the finish.
This is superb.

Pours a clear amber color. A large foam head dissipates and yields a ring of lacing throughout.
The nose opens with clean notes of cracker and bready malts. Fruity esters evoke citrus, pear, kiwi and lime. In addition, there are aromas of grape must, earthy and grassy hops and a touch of peppery spices.
Clean and crisp dry cracker and bready malts are flavored with bright citrus notes, including lemon and lime. Fruity and floral flavors evoke notes of peach, white grape, and pear. Moderately spicy notes of white pepper, coriander and a hint of clove add balance, as does a gentle grassy bitterness.
Medium to light bodied with a semi crisp mouthfeel. The finish is very dry. The carbonation is moderate to lively.
This was a very pleasant and easy to drink Saison. It is very much on par for the style. I would have again.

Can from the brewery in Brooklyn. Pours a cloudy amber orange with a finger of foamy white head that sticks around, nice lacing, smell is floral brioche, grassy sour funk, hints of caramel and lemon, taste follows with brioche, floral apple flesh, sprouted wheat, lemon bar, bretty/barnyard funk, hints of caramel and citrus, feel is medium bodied, medium carbonation. Fruity, floral, funky farm drink.

Poured from a 32 oz growler purchased at Beer Khama in Brooklyn, near the brewery. Aroma is brett all the way. Pours yellow gold with a thin head that dissipates to mild lacing. Flavor is light lemon with a strong brett finish. Almost a saison, but holds nicely to the funky blonde ale description. I’d buy this again.
