An easy-drinking petite saison brewed with New York State malt & hops and fermented with a classic saison yeast blend. Bright aroma with hints of peat smoke, earthiness and pithy tangerine peel. Complex flavors of ripe pineapple, vanilla, bubble gum and zesty citrus.

Can from the brewery in Brooklyn. Pours a translucent stray yellow with finger of rocky white head that dissipates, decent lacing, smell is doughy wheat bread, wheat cracker, lemon peel, floral honey, pineapple cake, taste is wheat bread/cracker, funky honey, baked pineapple, citrus, feel is medium bodied, bright carbonation with medium carbonic bite. Funky pineapple bread pudding.

Pours a clear pale straw color. A finger nail length foam head shows good retention. The carbonation is visible.
The nose opens with a combination of cracker, wheat and bready malts paired with earthy spices, grass and hay. Fruity and citrusy aromas of lemon, orange, pineapple and pear.
The palate is dry with a crisp cracker and bready malt base. Bright and gently spicy with notes of lemon, tangerine, grass, white pepper and clove. Dry fruit flavors of pineapple and pear. Balanced by a moderate bitterness.
Light bodied with a crisp mouthfeel and dry finish. The carbonation is moderate to lively.
A nice and easy drinking Grisette especially good for the summer. I would have again.

A: The beer is somewhat hazy yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that died down but consistently left a thin head covering the surface and some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of lemon citrus are present in the nose along with notes of Belgian yeast.
T: The taste follows the smell and is rather lemony with notes of Belgian yeast.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and slightly dry on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I really enjoyed the citrusy aromas and flavors in this grisette.
