Can from the brewery in Brooklyn. Big doughy brioche malts and peppery dry yeast character, funky and mildly sour floral and herbal hop snap, hints of herbal chamomile tea, light with a lot of fluffy carbonation, finishes dry. The doughiness, hoppiness, and bit of sour somewhat clash giving sunscreen vibes at times but they do create a nice leafy hop character and whiffs of herbal tea, it may just be too complex for my palate to handle.

On draught at Wild East Brewing, Brooklyn, NYC.
Pours a hazy yellow color. A fingernail length bubbly white head shows good retention and lacing.
The nose is earthy with notes of chamomile tea, grass, sweet mint and honey. Malt aromas evoke wheat and rye. Well hopped with fruity notes of guava, papaya, lemon and lime.
The taste, in contrast to the aroma, is more fruity than herbal. Notes of guava, papaya, lemon and lime are supported by doughy wheat and spicy rye. Gentle spices of grass, pepper and tea leaves contribute to the mildly earthy bitterness.
Light bodied and easy to drink. The mouthfeel is lightly crisp with a dry finish. The carbonation is moderate to lively.
Delightful and delicacy crafted. I loved the nose and the use of the Motueka hops. A perfect farmhouse session beer.
