Collaboration with North Shore Animal League America. An American-style pilsner brewed with Bravo & Contessa hops. Light and balanced with crackery pilsner malt, notes of herbal, floral hops with subtle highlights of citrus & pear. Crisp & clean finish.

A: The beer is relatively clear dark golden yellow in color and has a high amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high dense white head that has very good retention properties and consistently left a half finger high head covering the surface and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of floral, grassy and herbal hops are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has underlying notes of biscuit malts. The hops also contribute a moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels nearly medium-bodied, crisp and rather clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I found this lager to be well hopped and quite aromatic and flavorful. It is also quite drinkable.
