A clean saison brewed with pilsner malt, a Blaugies/Dupont yeast strain and Alora hops. Medium-light body with notes of Asian pear, pepper and tangy apricot. Approachable and balanced with a dry, smooth finish.

10 oz draft pour at Frisco Taphouse. Pours a clear straw yellow color with a medium fine-bubbled head. Aroma and flavor feature saison yeast esters, a subtle but noticeable hint of Belgian candi sugar, green apple, stone fruit, coriander spice, and a touch of banana. Mouthfeel is smooth and well-carbonated with no alcohol presence. Overall a fantastic low-abv saison.
