For a light beer, this one has a refreshing fruity side to it - namely lemon in its sweeter zest form. The aroma takes a little to open up with light grain, grass, and orchard fruit. The flavor leads this in similar fashion but with the addition of that aforementioned lemon zest. Carbonation cleans the palate, which thankfully has a bit more body than I expected without losing its refreshing nature.

A: The beer is hazy pale yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that quickly settled down, leaving a thin collar around the edge of the glass. The head eventually completely faded away.
S: Light to moderate aromas of floral yeast and grainy malts are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a bit crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This saison seems to be more rustic and easier to drink compared to others in the style.

This one pours a slightly hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.

This smells like peach, pear, grassy hops, minerally funk, and a bit of crackery malt.

This is really well done, and surprisingly full flavored for the lower ABV. There's a nice hop character here - pear, grass, spice, and stone fruit, with a touch of spicy and herbal, mineral like funk, and a nice smooth malt sweetness on the back end.

This is light bodied, crisp, and very clean, with a great drinkability.

I want more saisons like this every so often. The more "modern" style of tart and funky saison is great, but this dryer and more subtly funky take is very good as well.

No can date

Pours a large frothy 2 finger head with med retention, rocky, mild sticky lacing, hazy semi clear golden pilsner straw color

Nose cracker and cereal malt, sweet grainy pilsner malt as well, fruity lemony citrus, fruit pebbles cereal, grassy

Taste starts with light malt again, cereal grain, cracker, light fruit pebbles again, with general fruit esters, little green unripe citrus, little watery, grassy with a little straw, light herbal hop, med lighter bitterness, dry finish with med bitterness

Mouth is light bod, little thin and watery, light carb

Overall not bad light way drinking table beer I could pound, decent flavors but a bit watery
