Pours a brilliant almost neon colored yellow. Cloudy to the point of being opaque Thick, frothy, white foam head forms on the beer, lingers a moment, then dissipates until just a thin layer of foam remains. Aroma has notes of yeast, grain, lemon and lemon grass. Taste follows the nose with notes of grain, so dried hops, lemon rind and lemon zest, spicy grassy hops and a subtle but noticeable woody character to the beer. Feel is light, a bit rustic but easy drinking. Lively, vibrant carbonation. Dry finish. Overall a lovely saison and one I would love to have easy access to.

16oz. can into a Founders snifter.
Head is super fluffy. Beer is a clear goldenrod. Great, chunky lace. Nose is flour, coriander, peppercorn, and Belgian yeast. tickles the nose. Moderately aromatic. Beer opens straw, coriander, and peppercorn. I also get lemongrass and the slightest zesty tartness in the middle. Dry and peppery finish. Super drinkable. Light bodied with ample carbonation. Prickly and lively on the palate and goes down zesty, accented, and dry with a lingering finish.
An excellent drinker and a perfect summer beer.
