Foeder Saison brewed with NY grown malt with select amounts of grapefruit peel, apricot and coriander getting tossed into the whirl pool before being transferred to one of our American white oak Foeders where it was allowed to ferment for about 3 months. Bright, dry and super refreshing this beer tastes to us like chunky apricot preserve over crispy sour dough toast and those last couple of bites left before you hit the watermelon rind.
