Foeder Table Beer brewed with NY Cascade and pitched with brett C. A light and highly drinkable ale that is all at once dynamic and super refreshing. We’re tasting dehydrated candied pineapple bit, just bailed hay funk with an apricot seltzer base.

A: The beer is hazy light pale yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high bright white head that left a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of sourness are present in the nose along with hints of lemon citrus.
T: The taste follows the smell and also has some additional hints of funk.
M: It feels light-bodied on the palate and has a low to moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is very easy to drink given its light body and because it isn't really that sour or funky - there's just enough of a "wild" nature to lend some character to the smell and taste of this beer and prevent it from being bland.
