This light and crisp American lager is a pint of Americana right in your glass. Corn and barley, lightly hopped with Cascade hops, the Alico is that after-work, BBQ, pool side kind of beer.

Poured from a 12 ounce undated can into a tulip glass.
Look- Straw, moderately hazy, visible tiny particulate, sudsy white head, below average head retention and lacing.
Smell- Floral, bready, grassy, between weak and medium strength of scent.
Taste- Sweet biscuit, earthy, between weak and medium strength of flavor.
Feel- Between thin and medium body, moderately creamy, average carbonation, moderately sweet, moderately bitter, moderately dry finish, crisp.
Overall- This beer provided a below average drinking experience. The flavor and aromatics were on the weaker side and very simple. The body was more substantial than expected which was a nice surprise.
