I make the first review despite Red Bobber being added almost five years ago.
But the brew is decent at the table. I had a small glass at lunch with a veggie burger. And then I finished it with my classic summer fare dinner of pesto on pasta. And it all worked.
As a session ale, this would be good also. No pizazz, but what are summer ales for but to absorb and not analyze.
My second from Fox River, they are now thirty years old. Starting as a restaurant, they brought craft beer into their business and made it work to open at least two locations and distribute in Wisconsin. Not ambitious. But thirty years is certainly longer than a majority of micros.
