Sludgy brown body, off-white cap. Smells very strongly of balsamic vinegar, big grape too. Wow this really is a sour and acidic balsamic vinegar with mild grape jam and a hint of wild funk. Strange at best. Feel is so acidic I feel my teeth turn. Fun idea, poor execution

Thank you Buck89 for this
500 ml bottle poured into a tulip
A- A murky ruby red with a small fast fading head.
S- Sour, cherries, some grapes, oak, leather, mild funk, earthy, hints of vinegar. Complex and nicely balanced.
T- Very sour, cherries, grapes, oak, touch of leather, earthy, touch of vinegar.
M- Smooth, crisp, light to medium body.
O- A tasty Flanders. The sourness might be a little on the extreme side for the style but they made it work. A great sour worth sipping on.
