Full transparency up front: I absolutely LOVE cherries, so take that into account when perusing this review. The beer pours a cloudy dark cherry color with a frothy, sizzling head that quickly disappears. Absolutely gorgeous beer.
The nose is bright and funky and CRAMMED with tart cherries - literally jam packed. The taste just expands on the aromas, with a bright, funky flavor gliding into layer upon layer of tart cherry flavors.
The mouthfeel is bright and on the dry side. Quite simply, this is the sour I could drink all day, every day.

Caged and corked bottle poured into a tulip glass. Fizzy one finger pink foam quickly fades to a ring over a ruby red translucent liquid . Active streams of micro carbonation
Aroma of cherries when it’s uncorked. Aroma is cherries , cherries and cherries
Taste is tart , crisp cherries
Fizzy mouthfeel, tartness but juicy , mouth watering
