A blend of barrel aged sour Saisons re-fermented on lightly pressed California Vidal Blanc grape must, processed by Arrington Vinyards. After pressing the grape must, (seeds, skins, stems) were aged on this blend for 2 months before another 8 month rest back in the barrel.
