Brewed in collaboration with our friends at @atriumbrewing in Louisville, KY. Insects vs Robots is a crisp, modern Pils built on tradition but turbocharged with new-age hops.
Brewed with Weyermann Pilsner malt and a single decoction for depth and structure, this beer hums with balance: a clean, snappy malt base meets a futuristic array of hop aromatics. German Diamant hops through the boil lend an herbal bitterness, while a whirlpool of Idaho 7 Dynaboost, Motueka, and Citra infuses notes of lime zest, ripe peach, and resin. A layered dry hop of more Citra, Mosaic, Nectaron, and Nelson Hop Kief ignites with tropical passionfruit, guava, pineapple, Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, punchy citrus, and reefer.
