Formerly Bee Kind

Bee populations across the globe are diminishing faster than ever and we wanted to make a beer to pay homage to our fuzzy, flying friends. Be kind to bees, be kind to humans, be kind to everything! This beer will be kind to you in return with layers of complexity you didn’t know you needed. It drinks crisp and dry due to the 60 pounds of locally sourced honey we added but still has a touch of sweetness from honey malt. The rustic Belgian farmhouse ale yeast brings another layer with notes of bubblegum and clove while Nelson Sauvin hops add an intricate depth to the beer with aromas and flavors of white wine and mango. This beer is best enjoyed as a table beer surrounded by friends and family. Be the difference you want to see in the world and be kind, honey!
