Spontaneous fermentation encouraged sour Brett notes to dominate 1000 lbs. of delicate organic peaches. Aged in oak tanks and balanced by three year old hops. Enjoy today or save for later.

Appearance - Set the airport a golden color with a nice white head.
Smell - Peaches really jumped out the nose. I can almost feel the skin of a peach against my olfactory senses.
Taste - More so than peach, I detected apricot and the taste. The sourness was well balanced. It was not acidic, nor did it scrub the email from my teeth. Soft apricot notes highlighted the finish.
Mouthfeel - Thankfully, the carbonation did not rise up and spill on the floor. It was balanced and added to the profile.
Overall - This beer is an unsung hero in the R&D collection.

Foggy burnt orange with a fizzy off-white head quickly dying to a thin chain and roiling center.
Woody funky brett and splintery oak overlay a little breadiness via a crisp tingly medium body that finishes bone dry. It's fairly sour, and peach takes a back seat to start, but it develops as it warms to an herbal, fuzzy skinned and juicy orchard fresh peach. It becomes juicier and juicier the further it warms, especially in aroma, while maintaining the woody funk it starts out with.
I wish I had a magnum of this!

On draft at New Glarus. Mildly hazy, unfiltered golden body. One finger white head, nice lacing. Light Brett, fair bit of peach flesh, nectarine skin, light cereal. It has a nice sweet peach character to it, but without being too acidic. It is more or less dripping with peach, but finishes with a big dryness from the Brett, but not too much leather or acidity. It's on the lighter side, incredibly refreshing and in all honesty, I feel bad that I wasn't able to make it down for the release. This is honestly great and it seems like New Glarus undersold the fact that this was made with peaches- it's really hard to miss the stonefruit presence here.
