Rudeboy, an ESB with a nose of grandma's fruit cake. Rich with nuttiness, caramelized sugar, and biscuit, it finishes with a balance of hop bitterness and malty sweetness. Unlike grandma's fruitcake, your friends and family will love you even more when you share this richly flavored beer with them.

Pours brown with a hint of ruby red to create a beautiful shade of burgundy. Transparency is clear. Head is two fingers of khaki tan foam. Aroma is bread, caramel, fig, toffee, with mostly bread & caramel. There is a zap of sweetness at the finish, but otherwise it leans dry. Flavor profile is bread and caramel with a bit of roasty coffee, toffee, and fig. It's heavy on the malts - in a great way - with a soothing, dry finish. Mouth feel is medium in thickness. Texture is slightly soft, though still crispy overall. Overall, a really well constructed and balanced beer. It has nuance and yet remains steadily drinkable.

Pours from the tap an opaque dark amber color with a slight head. Has a Belgian lacing. Bready nose and flavor. It finishes with the bitterness I want from an ESB. It's hard to find in breweries or package stores, so now I know where to come for an authentic ESB.

Had on tap at the brewery. Pours a dark caramel color with a tan head. Bready malt and caramel in the flavor with a little earthy finish. Very good Esb!
