On draft at Pathlight. Poured a clear, golden yellow color with, small, fizzy white head of foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled funky with yeast, lemon and caramel. Nice tart taste with funky flavors and a caramel backbone.

Pours a foggy straw-yellow with a finger of white foam. Aroma is lemon, grass, banana, clove, and spicy hops. It smells fresh with that yeast being the most forward in the middle. Flavor profile is lemon drop, banana, clove, grass, and spicy hops with emphasis. Mouth feel is crushed velvet with a modest, consistent bubbly texture throughout. Thickness is medium-thick. Overall, sharp yeast esters with a bubbly, frilly texture that keeps each sip refreshing and interesting.
