Received from @harrison8. Poured into a tulip glass. It pours a cloudy, honey color with a thin, creamy, bright white cap and modest lacing. It has a lovely nose: Brett yeast, lemon, and oak. The taste is equally sour and tart lots of lemon peel and grassy, oaky, herbal notes. There is a touch of pepper at the finish. The mouth feel is lite, crisp, and clean with lively carbonation. At 6% ABV it drinks easily. Overall, I enjoyed this Saison-style Wild Ale. It's a great introduction to Pathlight Brewing.

Pours a golden-straw color with a hint of fog to the transparency. Head is a finger of white foam. Aroma is a twangy, sour punch of cellar stone, lemon zest, grassy, and spicy hops. Bready malts add a little base, with my presence in the flavor profile than nose. Flavor profile is lemon zest, oak, grassy and herbaly hops. It has a very twangy, sticky tartness to it. Mouth feel is medium in thickness with an expansive and expressive effervescence making it drink bubbly. Overall, a well executed saison with lovely depth via foeder aging. Plump, lightly tart, but refreshing.

Draft.
