Stray Too Far

Had on tap in a flight of four at the source, Pilot Project. My 13th from Brewer's Kitchen, a three year old. I like how they brew for the table. And I like how they are getting better fast. I'd like to have this with flavorful food. But with only 25 Un-
Tappd check-ins in two months, this brew may not get canned... and Pilot Project doesn't allow outside food in. So Stray has yet to meet its match for me.

Stray Too Far Looks typical, pale and cloudy and a decent foam. Stray Smells like fruit medley, but not one fruit stands out. Balanced and above average Taste; but again no ingredient stands out... perhaps it is because it is served too cold. (I'd think the dry hops would stand out more if warmer.) And Saisons should be cleansing on the palate and this is on mine... if only I had some food.

9/23/23 Again on tap and again Pilot Project serves this way too cold, particularly since it is now autumnal temperatures. Can it and I'll buy it again.
