In the style of the traditional Polish oak smoked wheat beer. Comparatively the brew was a bit dark (?? little fining agent) and only lightly smoked vs the traditional clear golden and more heavily smoked beer. It also was not as highly carbonated as I would have expected/the original style intends.
HST…it was a light, tasty beer that was very pleasant to just sit back and enjoy.

Light yellow in color. Strong aroma of smoke. The taste is a subdued version of the aroma. Light and smokey. I really like this one. Other smoked beers have been too intense. Not sure of the parameters for this style, but this was good.
