Jacques is a bright saison, brewed with rye and spelt for a boldly spiced aroma and light summery body. It has a fruity aroma of candied orange and spice from the French yeast and Azacca hops used in the whirlpool, with a bone dry finish.

This one had a nice medium body with a really dry finish. It had the taste of peaches and oranges with a touch of zest to it. It has a touch of sweetness but is pretty well balanced.

Bright gold with ample foam and a few carb trails. Earthy yeasty aroma, slight sulfur. Fruity, grainy, bitter, dry and crisp. Apple skin and earthy saison yeast. Mellow with light effervescent carb and a crisp dry finish. Overall a nice little saison from these guys.
