Global Chimp was brewed in collaboration with our good friends from Global Brew. It is an American Lager, brewed with the utmost care to be perfectly simple. It utilizes the finest grains to be light bodied, effervescent and clean, with a smooth, crisp finish. With nothing to hide behind but craftsmanship, it provides a refreshingly familiar taste that will keep you coming back for another pint.

Had on tap. Clear golden body with a finger of white foam. Smell features lager malt and I think pilsner yeast, some light grain on the finish. Taste comes more to life with big cracker with supporting minerality and a hint of lemon zest. Feel is super clean and decently crisp, but not much else too it, an easy crusher which is what this style is predicated on
