Maizey is a bright, summery saison with a complex profile and refreshingly dry finish. Its aroma is enticing, with prominent notes of citrus and a touch of coriander spice. The inclusion of corn in the mash bill gives a soft sweetness on the back end, and a hint of breakfast cereal. This Belgian-style ale is refreshingly crisp, and full of fruity esters produced by the Belgian yeast strain.
