Pours a clear amber with soft, thick head.
Smell is bready, crisp and a bit floral. Slightly sweet with notes of toast, brown bread, citrus and a hint of jasmine.
Taste is bready, crisp and slightly floral with a moderate bitterness. Notes of toast, citrus, brown bread and caramel.
Mouthfeel is medium, smooth and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice, modern bitter.
