Hazy deep copper color with a small off white head, mild citrus hop and caremel malt aroma. Caremel and grapfruit flavor with a nice hop bite, medium body with a creamy soft mouthfeel, fishes with a pleasant hoppy, dry bitterness, IMHO a very good ESB.

The American ESB was a dark amber beer with a nice foamy head. The aroma was of malt. The taste was very good: smooth, rich and malty with a very good hop balance (not overly hopped as some american ESBs tend to be). The floral hoppiness and smoothness made for a very good mouthfeel, and I found this ale to be quite drinkable!
