14 oz. / $6 at the brewery on 16 June 2021
Very hazy golden body beneath a finger’s width of white foam. Very good head retention and lacing. The aroma is citrusy, peppery, clove-like, and herbal. The malt is grainy and gently sweet, seemingly with oats and wheat. There’s some apple and berry in addition to the listed grapefruit rind, cracked pepper, and dried sage. As might be expected it finishes dry, peppery, and herbal. In the mouth it’s medium-light in body gently crisp then smooth and creamy.
