Bottle from the brewery store.
Pours a crystal clear deep golden color with a huge bubbly off white head that persists forever. Aromas of pepper and clove with bits of apple and pear and a hint of light sugar. The flavor is follows the aroma but adds a hint of earth and a light funk to it. Light to medium body with a moderate to high level of carbonation and a sweet watery mouthfeel. I know nothing about this beer, but I assume it is in some way reduced gluten. I thought is was a pretty good beer, a bit rough around the edges but certainly drinkable.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
