Draught: This one pours a murky golden color. There was almost no head or lacing. Good nose. Wheat, earthiness and some spices. The taste is good. Wheat, earthy, some spiciness. A little toffee too. A nice saison.

11/24/18...slightly dark copper with some foam piling on one side. Light fruity nose w/ some bubblegum hints. Funky yeasty flavor. Chewy with forceful carbonation. Toffees, burnt end, woods and all mingling and mixing. Pretty good.

In my imperial pint glass the beer was gold in color with a very tiny white head.
Musty, fruity aroma. A little spice.
Taste of apple. Earthy hops. Peppery at the end.
Light-bodied, easy drinking. I liked the late peppery sensation.

Good carbonation. Good flavor, almost like an ale with a hint of saison flavor.

I swung by The Brewery today for 1 or 2 last pints in 2014... Started with their Saison, at 5.60%, in a 20oz Imperial Pint glass....
Poured a hazy, medium golden, with a little apricot color thrown in. Carbo was scattered and lazy. Head was creamy, off-white, and at about 1/4". The fine, thin layer slowly ebbed, leaving a bit of lace behind. Nose was earthy and musty, with some tropical fruit mixed in. Body was a good medium, and was fairly smooth overall.
Flavor started out a bit crackery, with some light sweetness. Fruit was present, initially with some green apple and pear, then a touch of pineapple. Had some earthy hops, with, again, some musty notes. It also had a hint of spicy, peppery action at the finish. Pretty nice! Prosit!!
