22oz bottle from the store, purchased a couple weeks ago.
Pours a pale straw color with a decent sized fluffy white head, leaves a long lasting cap on top with plenty of bubbles constantly rising from the bottom, not much in the way of lacing.
Smell has a strong citrus aroma, lemon zest hits the nose with a slight coriander presence.
Taste is very citrus hop forward, the lemony hop flavor hits first and has a decent linger period, malt sweetness balances thing, not overly complex though once the hops have been established, for a Saison the spicing is rather minimal without much of a yeasty presence either, strong carbonation keeps things crisp and refreshing.

Really hoppy saison. No head retention or lace, something I noticed in a few of their beers at the pub. This was a take home bomber.
Hard to judge by style as it's more IPA than saison. Needs more yeastiness.

Bottle from the Brewery Store.
Lightly hazy golden orange color with a huge bubbly off white head that persists forever. Incredible aroma! Juicy citrus and tropical fruits with hints of spice and pine atop a faint bready malt backdrop. The flavor is more saison than the aroma lead me to believe. Peppery spice with bits of juicy and citrus fruits. Crisp flavorful refreshing beer, glad I grabbed it!
