Picked this and a snifter up this past weekend after a great dinner at the pub. Poured into Portsmouth snifter.
A One finger pillow-y white head sits above a light orange body with a haze. Head has decent retention and leaves no lacing. Lots of carbonation rushing toward the top.
S Pale malts, floral, spices and some green vegital scents.
T Very light. Light malt to start with some spicey saison characteristics. Not a ton of flavor here. Finish is dry with a light floral taste.
M Light with lots of carbonation. finishes dry and feels nice
O Really light everything in this beer. I know its a petite saison but there really isnt too much to take in with this one. I imagine it would be nice to drink mid summer.

Medium slightly hazy gold with no true head and no lace.
Some yeast and some peppery spice in the nose.
Big disappointment. Real lean in the depth of flavor here. Some yeast and barnyard funk, but seems very thin to me. Light bitterness as the beer dries out in the end.
This bugged me. Seemed watery an thin. I'm being kind with the score here.
Overall, not something I'd want again. There far far too many saisons out there for me to waste my time with this. Just ok, but barely.

This a very true Saison. Yellow gold color and appropriately cloudy. No head and ergo no lace.
Mild aromas but they are true to the style.
This is a nice tasting Saison. It's spicy and earthy. It's not as light as some. Short aftertaste. This would be a very good session beer.
