From the bottle shop at the brewery.
Pours a crystal clear light golden straw color with a good sized white head that quickly dissipates to a cap on top. Smells of pepper and clove with hints of light sugar, honey and lemons. The flavor is sweet with a sharp citric twang to it before the pepper and clove phenols rush in for balance. Little to no hop bitterness or flavor. Medium body with a sweet phenolic mouthfeel and a slick watery mouthfeel. No favorite saison, but certainly quaffable.
