Bright and murky yellow body with a white head. Aromas of wild yeast washing upon the bright oak with gin, grapefruit, lime, orange, flowers, a hint of barrel funk and peach. Taste is laced with gin pouched peach up front, then the wild yeast with minor breadiness, flowers, big citrus tones all the sudden near the end before mild airy grain with a hint of barrel funk. Feel is bright and sour in a light and cheerful way, wild not funky, almost juicy for the style. Reminds me of afterthought but not as deep but very vibrant
