Pours amber, no, light brown, no wait! This is a smoothie sour and should be mixed prior to pouring, which then reveals a light brown beer with a tall head. The aroma is strawberry but the taste reveals chocolate, with strawberry chasing and a sweetness from lactose. All in all, a nice representation of a Neapolitan.
