these guys are really making some great beer, surprised they dont have a more widely known name at this point, like the beer and food in here is on point, they deserve some attention. this is their wet hop beer this year, a whole bunch of hops, but fresh strata and citra drive this to me, really cool showcase of strata too, and i like it having a little bitterness, so few of these do. the look is a little overly hazy, dense, orange juice looking, but the head is there along with the carbonation, and it ends up not drinking as heavy as it appears. the nose and taste are killer, coconut and papaya from the strata, key lime and meyer lemon from the citra, a sweet lemon curd note with the wheat malt thats in here, some oats maybe too, this feels protein rich and silky to me. the wet hops arent as oily as they sometimes are, but are plenty dank here, sticky sativa, waxy honey, and fresh flowers. orange candy, apricot, and coconut flavors, all super fresh, bold but not overdosed, and with good flavor from the malt and a clean ferment. really well done beer, a tad more structure than it seems to need, but the hop profile bangs, and i am glad i had time to pop in here while i was in town, my second visit was as impressive as my first!

16oz can served in a tulip. Dated 09/21/21.
Pours hazy pale yellow with a medium sized, dense and creamy head. Smell is bright tropical and tons of citrus.
Taste is heavy on the overripe tropical fruit side. The bright citrus stuff that I can smell is gone or drowned out. Boozy. Medium to heavy bitter resinous finish.
Mouthfeel is medium, with a very dry texture to it. Overall, it smells great but tastes OK. Reasonably good beer.
