16oz can served in a curvy Monhegan pint glass. Don't see a date on it, bought it about two weeks ago at Chuck's Hop Shop Seward Park.
Pours a clear yellow-orange with a medium sized head and moderate active carbonation. Smell is lemon and grass and flowers.
Taste is lemon zest and bitter resin, little bit of orange blossom and honeysuckle.
Mouthfeel is medium, smooth. Overall, pretty good -- probably the best Sig beer I've had.

Same size can, same source (probably), same glass. Bought it in the last day or two, though. I get no orange from the color -- very yellow, light in color. Lemon, grass, flowers still the dominant aromas. Taste...dominated by bitter resin, lemon zest in the background, maybe some shy hints of orange blossom and honeysuckle. Primarily bitter.

Clear golden amber with long-lasting foam in the PIlsner glass. Exuberant aromatics with straw and alfalfa, and a nutty hop note. Starts with a modest cereal tasting malt that is just slightly sweet. I keep thinking strawberry flavor, or maybe some bran flakes with blueberry. Just a hint of lime peel but not as citrusy as typical hoppy brews these days. A more bitter finish but the aftertaste is not so bitter, really. Overall this deserves to be called an American-style Pilsner with the new hops and clean interesting flavors.
