Clear dark amber with adequate foam in the Tuborg Pilsner glass. Delicate aroma of pear and flowers. There is a grainy scent in the nose that is also quite lovely. The carbonation is moderate, but still spritzy on the tongue. Warm and malty taste, something like pie crust, with the usual tangy finish. This is quite a delicious Lager with more malt and less bittering. From the 32 oz crowler filled at the brewery restaurant. I had one of these last week when people were over, but everyone wanted a taste so I didn’t get around to reviewing.
