On tap at the brewery 6/28/24.
This is a very well-made and thoughtful American Pilsner that is distinctly different than others due to the late addition of hops at the end of the brewing process. Someday this site will have a category for American Pilsner. This beer pours clear with good carbonation, a frothy white head that leaves random stringy lacing. It is hop-forward with a hint of light pear and white grape, and is not an IPL. It's an American Pilsner. There's a light note of bread in the relatively fast & dry finish. Not a lot of aftertaste. It is good to very good in its style which will one day be recognized.

From the brewer's description:
"Greens Fee is a West Coast Pilsner that is hopped in the kettle like a German Pilsner with German grown Hallertau Blanc hops and is fermented with our house lager yeast before it receives a large dry hop consisting solely of New Zealand grown Nelson Sauvin hops. Expect a clean, crisp, hop forward beer with notes of white grape, gooseberry, passionfruit and key lime."
From a 2-week-old can, I'd say their description is spot on.

Lemongrass. Lemon, grass. Lemon. Grass. Grass (that other kind of grass). Lacing on the Glass. Very easy to drink and enjoy, it's crisp and not too heavy, just enough malt to offset the hops
