Jet black with a dark brown head with good retention and lacing. The nose is floral with lavender, dry, spicy, grainy, roasty malt, spicy yeast, light cocoa. The palate opens clean and floral with plenty of lavender, floral and deep. Light roast, spicy yeast, dry and cracker crisp. Drying, fruity finish with lingering lavender. A touch overcarbonated. Tasty.
