I don’t know, you know? What’s special? Getting a cupcake at school when it is someone’s birthday, that’s pretty cool. Santa Claus delivering you an N64 with 007 - damn, that’s hella special and nice. But as an adult, I’m all of a sudden thinking that getting something special doesn’t exist. Truly, you there, think about it… As an adult, when was the last time that you got something special? Again, as an adult it just doesn’t happen! Coming full circle now… I wouldn’t call this beer special, but maybe it’s just a nice treat. Yes, let’s go there.
Love is beautiful. So please don’t forget to tell those in your life that you do love them ever so much.

On tap at barrel & Stave in Fullerton, CA.
Slightly darker than is typical for style but really pretty. Deep amber to brown. Slight sandy head leaves minuscule lacing.
Nose and flavor are both nut forward with a background of mildly fruity notes. No diacetyl detected.
Mouthfeel has proper heft, low carbonation and finishes with a balance of sweet and a slightly dry and gentle bitterness.
