Simple Brett Saison brewed with Rabbit Hill pilsner, wheat and rye. Fermented in oak with a couple of our favorite yeast strains and naturally conditioned in the bottle until ready. Bright lemon lime, fresh grass, geranium blossom, and pineapple. As it opens, deeper layers of earth and herbal nuance shine while being carried by an incredibly restrained acidity.
